All of our team members have been selected largely because of their friendly personalities and commitment to caring about the people with whom they interact. In addition, we offer state-of-the-art technology to enhance our patients' interaction with our practice. Our website provides private and secure access for our patients to be able to see their account status, make payments, review their appointment times, and watch their Invisalign© treatment movies. We also provide appointment reminders via telephone calls, e-mails, and text messages. You can select one or all three methods of notification. We stay current with all the newest technologies and choose the ones that benefit our patients most. Even with our great technology, we pride ourselves on the personal touch. We always have a real person answering the phone. There are no menu options to listen to. We really enjoy getting to know each of our patients as individuals. Our patients become like extended family members. We have watched the kids we have treated go off to college and the adults get married, and have had many expectant moms with braces on!
